How it Works
My jewellery repair workshop is based in Letchworth and I work with clients all across Hertfordshire to repair and refresh their treasured jewellery.
Step 1 - Get in Touch
Reach out to us via email, using our contact form or our online chat on the bottom right to discuss what services you require. We will ask you to send us some clear photos (as shown below) of the jewellery and we'll provide you with a free no-obligation quote.
Step 2 - Drop off or post your jewellery
Drop off your jewellery to my workshop in Letchworth or if you
based further afield send it via post!
I advise sending your items packaged in a small box within a padded envelope and include a return address on the packaging. I recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® which offers full tracking and compensation cover from £750 - £2500.
Step 3 - Estimate Confirmation
Once the jewellery has been received we will send you a final quotation for the jewellery repairs. If you decide not to proceed you can collect or your jewellery will be returned free of charge.
Step 4 - Repair & Restoration
If you are happy to proceed your order will be processed and repaired to the highest quality. We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible but do let us know if you have a tight deadline to ensure we can accommodate this for you.
